Mothers who scored more than 5 on Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) will be invited to participate in the 3 hours of health education intervention. The session will be delivered in a 3 hours group

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: I. Mothers who scored > 5 from PHQ-9 II. Malaysian mothers of children with cancer aged between 0 to 18 years III. Mothers are able to understand Malay or English language IV. Mothers reside with the child since diagnosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: I. Mothers who are not the guardian of the child II. Mothers with a previous history of depression
