Conditions

Bidirectional Glenn operation (BDG) is a interstaged pallitative surgery for single ventricle patients. Outcomes of BDG with additional antegrade pulmonary or pulsatile Glenn are uncertain. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consecutive patients who underwent Glenn operation at Siriraj hospital between January 1st, 1996 and December 31st, 2021 and been in a follow-up at Siriraj Hospital at least 1 year postoperatively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose operative data or cardiac catheterization data were incomplete. 2. Patients who were not undergone true bidirectional cavopulmonary connection such as inferior Glenn operation, Kawashima operation
