The e-Huffaz Prohealth module is a specific health intervention module for Tahfiz students that was jointly built by researchers from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and the management group of the Selangor State Al-Quran Tahfiz Institution Association (PITAS). Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 13 to 17 years Live in hostel Memorize at least 2 juzu or part of Quran. Able to understand Malay language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experiencing uncontrolled chronic health problems eg: depression, hypertension, diabetes, congenital disorders, or others
