Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Person who is 18 - 60 years old. 2. BMI is greater than or equal to 25.0 kg/m2. 3. Body weight has been constant for 6 months before the study is start. (Weight change is less than 5 kg.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoker 2. Pregnancy or breastfeeding 3. Chronic disease or Metabolic disease e.g. cardiovascular disease, arrhythmia, neurovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, epilepsy. 4. Psychiatric Disorders or Anxiety Disorders 5. Gastroesophageal reflux disease 6. Drug associated weight change e.g. SSRIs, Beta blockers, Corticosteroids 7. Drug interaction with caffeine e.g. MAOIs, Antibiotics, Bronchodilators 8. History of caffeine or coffee allergy 9. The research participant is unable to follow the instructions or not willing to participate the research.
