Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. neck pain with recurrent neck pain and low-grade of neck dysfunction for at least three months 2. Both gender with age of 20-69 years 3. Good cooperation and communication in Thai language 4. Willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of visual, auditory, vestibular, or neurological deficits 2. History of previous cervical or thoracic spinal surgery due to traumatic injuries or surgical interventions of the spine or lower limbs within the prior year 3. Medical conditions that could affect balance negatively 4. Chronic musculoskeletal diseases, fractures and injury of the lower extremities 5. History of the severe neurological or psychiatric disease

MeasureTime frame
Balance Error Scoring System (BESS) 30 minutes BESS consists of 3 stances: a double-leg stance, a single-stance and tandem stance in firm and foam surface.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Single leg balance test (SLBT) 5-10 minutes Stanging on dominant leg and measured time ,Romberg test 5-10 minutes Standing in both feet and measure time,Tandem stance test 5-10 minutes Standing with the dominant foot behind non-dominant foot and measure time
