Interventions

Participants included 20 healthy men, randomized into the L-arginine intervention group and a placebo control. Subjects in the intervention group took one 1000 mg L-arginine tablet daily for 8 weeks w
clock and wake up between 7 and 8 o&#039
clock the following day. Sleep deprivation was enforced for 24 hours from 8 a.m. to 8 a.m (The participants were asked to stop their nocturnal and avoided any daytime napping). the next day by reading

26 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Having physical health 2. Having mental health and having good sleep quality 3. Having normal sleep of about 8 hours a day 4. Not using any tobacco products 5. Having an age range of 25 to 35 years 6. Having a body mass index less than 28.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in heavy activities during research 2. Use of any tobacco substance during research 3. Getting any disease during research 4. Suffering severe physical injury during the research 5. Taking any kind of medicine during research.
