Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (greater than or equal to 18 years old) Hemodialysis (greater than or equal to 3 months) Serum Alb 3.5 to 3.9 g/dL 7-points SGA A or Malnutrition inflammation score A or B

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to Amino acid supplement Pregnancy or breastfeeding Metastatic cancer Ongoing infection On anti inflammatory drugs Cirrhosis HIV infection
