Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged more than or equal 60 years 2.Can communicate and follow commands 3.Vital signs stable (The systolic blood pressure not exceed 180 and greater than or equal to 90 mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure not exceed 110 and greater than or equal to 60 mmHg. The resting heart rate is not exceed 100 and greater than or equal to 60 beats per minute, and regular heart rhythm) 4.Consent to participate in the research 5.Intermediate to low physical performance(short physical performance battery score 4-9)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Used walking aid 2. Impair vision that can not see the monitor in telerehabilitation equipment 3. Severe sensory or perception deficit 4. Unstable medical conditions 5. Musculoskeletal diseases which affect the outcome assessment and rehabilitation session 6. Participated in other exercise programs within 3 months before enrolling the study
