Mothers who have undergone cesarean section to be a participant. Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLDM), Thai Traditional Massage (TTM), Breastmilk, Breast and nipple pain, breast engorgement.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Women who have had a cesarean section and whose babies were born early (between 28 and 34 weeks) 2) The baby must stay in the hospital for at least 7 days after it is born. 3) The mother is older than 18 years old. 4) The mother's mouth and breasts must be in good shape.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 5) Being multi-fetal pregnancy and having complications after giving birth. 6) Having mental health complication or signs of postpartum blue 7) Having contraindications to breastfeeding such as HIV Pregnancy. 8) Having a history of drug use which might affect lactation process. 9) Receiving drug or supplement to increasing lactation and cigarette-smoking, drug-use, or alcohol-consumption habits.
