Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: adult aged more than 20 years old who have at least 1 of 4 following symptoms: early satiety, postprandial fullness, epigastric pain, epigastric burning for more than 1 month, never undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy or undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy but not found the culprit lesion, have electronic devices that be able to receive messages through the Line application.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with biliary tract disease, psychiatric disease, had the culprit lesion on endoscopy, had alarm features, pregnant, unable to take medication.
