Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indeterminate biliary stricture, determined as biliary stricture with inconclusive imaging study, cytology or histopathology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known hepatobiliary cancer 2. Presence of pancreatic mass from imaging study (CT or MRI or ultrasound or EUS) 3. Uncorrectable coagulopathy 4. Patients with unstable vital signs
