Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of the trigger finger 2.Considered by the doctor to be treatable with conservative management. 3.Grade I-III of Clinical Grading Severity of trigger finger by Green classification system 4.Aged >18 years 5. Consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of surgical release of affected finger 2.History of steroid injection of affected finger within 6 months 3.History of rheumatoid arthritis ,osteoarthritis or major hand trauma 4.Fifth finger triggering 5.Trigger finger on contralateral digit 6.Pain in some parts of the hand and wrist
