18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with refractory glaucoma or uncontrolled glaucoma, IOP is not fully controlled with medication or surgery. Patients can't restore vision and patients with conditions unsuitable for surgical treatment. 2. IOP more than or equal 21 mmHg. 3. MP-TSCPC can be performed superior and inferior hemispheres. 4. Age 18-80 years. 5. Patients who consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have undergone any procedure to reduce IOP in the past 3 months, e.g. laser therapy, Surgery to open the anterior chamber drainage or drainage tube in the anterior chamber. 2) Have area of scleral or conjunctival thinning more than one clock hour. 3) Patients who are unable to follow up on treatment results.
