Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute urticaria or chronic spontaneous urticaria at dermatology clinic, Phramongkutklao hospital from July1st, 2018 to December 31st, 2019 2. Currently live in Bangkok during that time period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)living outside Bangkok 2) diagnosed with chronic urticaria due to other causes such as autoimmune diaseases
