Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-40 years old Volunteers receiving blood sampling and blood donation service Good consciousness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mental retardation or unable to grading the pain score Volunteer being injected more than one time BMI more than 30 kg/m2 Unable to draw blood from veins in cubital area Allergic to local anesthetic, topical cooling spray Severe visual and auditory defects Psychiatric problems Abnormal Sensation at arms and forearms Unable to resist the cold environment Peripheral vascular disease, Raynaud disease, or Buerger disease Receiving analgesic drugs in past week Unable wait more than 1 hour (local anesthetic group)
