Interventions
WAC intervention, Colonoscopist use water to inflate the colon instead of air during insertion the colonoscope. The sterile water at room temperature is pumped into the system.
Patient demo
s pain score is greater than 3 or if the patient requests it, intravenous fentanyl (25 mcg) is administered to provide pain control. Vital sign is measured every 5 minutes during colonoscopy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Out-department patients age 20-80 years old 2. Colonoscopy for colorectal cancer screening
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous abdominal surgery 2. Poor bowel preparation, Boston bowel preparation less than or equal 6 3. Patients with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of 3 or 4
