Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use antiplatelet medication (ASA stop < 7 days, clopidogrel stop < 5 days) 2. End stage renal failure without regular hemodialysis or blood urea nitrogen > 60
