Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The CRS with and without nasal polyp patients who undergo full-house ESS aged more than 18 years old or older.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are the patients who use the non-absorbable nasal packing at the end of operation in order to control postoperative hemostasis or as a spacer to stabilize the middle turbinate and the patients who have postoperative bleeding and need furthermore nasal packing or reoperation to stop bleeding during the follow-up periods. The patients who have complicated sinusitis, intraoperative surgery beyond the full-house ESS and patients who have to avoid postoperative saline irrigation such as CSF leak.
