18 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females who have age 18-49 years. 2. Have suffered from neck pain for at least three months which indicates chronic condition. 3. Have the Neck Disability Index Thai Version of at least 10/100. 4. Have forward head posture in which the tragus is anterior to the acromion process more than five cm in the lateral view. 5. Be diagnosed with derangement syndrome according to McKenzie protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious spinal pathologies such as tumors, inflammatory joint disease, myelopathy, upper cervical instability, or vertebral artery insufficiency. 2. Have nerve root problems such as cervical radiculopathy. 3. Have a history of neck fracture or surgery. 4. Pregnant woman 5. Body mass index greater than 30 kg/m2. 6. Have the maximum pressure greater than 24 mmHg when being tested with the cranio-cervical flexion test. 7. Cannot understand, read, and write Thai language.
