Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient undergoing head and neck surgery in Otolaryngology Department, Khon Kaen University 2. Patient have smartphone or tablet which can be use doctor follow up application 3. Patient who can communication in Thai language 4. Patient had to used mobile application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with condition that can not use the mobile application 2. patient undergoing palliative management
