Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age > 65 years old and underwent the operation under sedation or general anesthesia in Siriraj hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: patient refusal, inability to communicate in Thai, intubated patients.
