Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. undergraduate students at Chiang Mai University, or Mae jo University 2. age more than 18 years old 3. non-smoker
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to understand Thai 2. Those who have underlying diseases, which limit physical activities, e.g., chronic lung diseases (except asthma) and severe cardiovascular diseases.
