Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 20 years Chronic hemodialysis on 3per week Informed consent Indication for IDPN according to Clinical practice recommendation for Nutrition Management in Adult Kidney Patients 2018

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volume overload Sepsis Hypotension from cardiac cause Advanced malignancy Advanced liver disease Blood flow rate < 250 ml/min
