Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) First-year students in nursing program from BCNPB in Saraburi Province, Thailand. 2) 18 to 35 years old 3) Thai nationality. 4) Have access to IT devices such as the smartphone, iPad, netbooks, laptop computers and/or desktop computer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Students who are not attend at least one session during the intervention period. 2) Students who have experienced skin allergies such as soap or/and alcohol gel.
