patients will receive super high flux hemodialysis and measured AGEs by skin autofluorescence at first and 24 week
and serum b2m, HD adequacy, CAVI will be measured every 8 week ,patients will receive

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years 2.Chronic HD 3.Adequate small molecule uremic toxins removal 4.Blood flow rate > 300 mL/min 5.RKF < 100 ml/day 6.Hemodynamically stable for > 2 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: contraindicated to anticoagulants, active malignancy, advanced liver cirrhosis
