Conditions

End stage kidney disease on chronic hemodialysis, no residual kidney function super high-flux hemodialysis, advanced glycation end products, online hemodiafiltration, skin autofluorescence

Interventions

patients will receive super high flux hemodialysis and measured AGEs by skin autofluorescence at first and 24 week and serum b2m, HD adequacy, CAVI will be measured every 8 week ,patients will receive

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years 2.Chronic HD 3.Adequate small molecule uremic toxins removal 4.Blood flow rate > 300 mL/min 5.RKF < 100 ml/day 6.Hemodynamically stable for > 2 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: contraindicated to anticoagulants, active malignancy, advanced liver cirrhosis
