Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male, age 18-40 years-old, Physically inactive (assess through the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-IPAQ), Overweight (BMI 23.9-29.9 kg/m2), Healthy (assess through the 2021 Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire-PAR-Q+)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Has history of chronic diseases e.g., cardiac, hepatic, renal problems, bronchial asthma etc., Allergic to bee products (having history of being allergy), Smoking, Taking any nutritional supplements that are known to enhance immune function, antioxidant and bone health
