Interventions

The walking meditation protocol includes of: 1)Warm-up for 5 minutes by stretching of muscles of arms, trunk, and legs. 2) Practice walking medition for 20 minutes, and 3)Cool-down by similar stretchi

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be students of the Physical Therapy Faculty, Srinakharinwirot University. 2. Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT) in posteromedial less than 48.96 cm or posterolateral direction less than 46.40 cm 3. Body mass index (BMI) within 18.5 - 24.9 kg/m2 4. Have to volunteer and sign informed consent before participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have diseases affecting balance performance such as vestibular disorder. 2. Pain at back or lower limb that affect walking.
