Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 20-60 years old The patients had main symptoms of fatigue and/or difficulty breathing after recovering from COVID-19 with mMRC (Modified Medical Research Council) Dyspnea Scale more than 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of pulmonary embolism History of severe respiratory disease History of heart disease Abnormal of liver and renal functions.
