All patients received individualized lifestyle modification program to suit their own body element (Chao Roen) based on principle of lifestyle medicine together with herbal medicine and Thai tradition

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 20-60 years old The patients had main symptoms of fatigue and/or difficulty breathing after recovering from COVID-19 with mMRC (Modified Medical Research Council) Dyspnea Scale more than 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of pulmonary embolism History of severe respiratory disease History of heart disease Abnormal of liver and renal functions.
