Patient who have HCC less than 2 cm, patient feel well(PS 0) and liver is woking normally(CTP A or B).,Patient who have single HCC of any size or up to 3 tumors all less than 3 cm. Patient feel well(

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years with first diagnosed HCC base on Barcelona Clinical Liver Cancer (BCLC)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other primary liver malignancy or liver metastasis
