Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants, who have classified as ASA 1 and 2 (American Society of Anesthesiologists, 2020) 2. Participants ranging from 18 to 60 years old, who require tooth extraction at the Oral and Maxillofacial Clinic, the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University 3. The literate patients, who have ability to read and write Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients, who are taking antiplatelet, anticoagulant, immunosuppressive drugs, or bisphosphonate drugs 2. Patients, who are allergic to local anesthesia or components containing 3. Patients with a tendency of bleeding or bleeding disorders (thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, cirrhosis, CKD stage 4 and 5) 4. Patients, whose teeth have been diagnosed with previously treated, acute infections, retained roots, or periapical radiolucency>5mm in diameter
