Age
8 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Dental deep overbite (overbite > 40%) 2. Class I, II malocclusion 3. CVM stage not more than CS5 4. Class I or mild Class II skeletal relationship with the retrognathic mandible (ANB 1-9 degree) 5.Hypodivergent or normodivergent pattern (SN-MP < 35 degree) 6. No signs and symptoms of TMD 7. No history of orthodontic treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Present abnormal oral habits, e.g., Bruxism and clenching 2. History of trauma to the maxillary or mandibular incisor 3. Missing the maxillary or mandibular incisor or 1st molar 4. Incomplete root formation 5. Previous endodontic treatment of mandibular incisor 6. Using of long-term anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive drugs 7. Present systemic disease 8. Non-cooperation patients 9. In the timing of growth modification
