Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Transmen with age at least 18 years old who received testosterone hormonal therapy with symmetrical characteristic of hypertrophic scars (HTS) or keloids from mastectomy surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of previous topical, injections or laser treatment within 3 months, cutaneous infection or uncontrolled acne vulgaris at the target area, immunocompromise status, history of skin cancer, pregnancy or lactation
