Interventions

We performed 595-nm pulsed-dye laser (VBeam Prima, Candela, CA) using the following parameters: spot size 7 mm, fluence 5-7 J/cm2, pulse widths 0.45 ms, 1 pass with 10% overlap with intralesional ster

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Transmen with age at least 18 years old who received testosterone hormonal therapy with symmetrical characteristic of hypertrophic scars (HTS) or keloids from mastectomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous topical, injections or laser treatment within 3 months, cutaneous infection or uncontrolled acne vulgaris at the target area, immunocompromise status, history of skin cancer, pregnancy or lactation
