18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Necrotic single-rooted and single-canal teeth confirmed clinically and by pulpal sensitivity tests, 2. PAI index less than 3, 3. Teeth with pocket depth not exceeding 3mm, 4. Teeth that do not show any curvature in the radiography and whose root canal can be followed, 5. Permanent teeth with complete root development, 6. Teeth that can easily reach the apex with 15 K file, 7. Patients between the ages of 18-65, 8. Teeth that have not undergone endodontic treatment before

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not agree to participate in the study 2.Patients with any systemic disease, 3. Patients who have received antibiotic treatment in the last week, 4. Patients who are pregnant or suspected of pregnancy 5.Teeth with excessive crown destruction that does not allow rubber-dam placement, 6. Teeth with root fracture or pathological mobility, 7. Presence of any resorption in the related tooth, 8.Patients with swelling and palpation, 9. Patients who can not be completed in a single appointment 10. Patients whose sterility sample (after access cavity preparation) did not give negative results for bacteria, 11.Patients whose infected sample (before root canal preparation) did not show a positive result for bacteria
