Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ISI screening more than 7 or Sleep hygiene index less than 2.34 2. student at Faculty of Physical Therapy 3. consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have psychiatric diagnosis 2. have physical problem disturb sleep 3. cannot communicate in Thai language
