Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. parturient age >/= 18 years old with ASA classification 1-3 2. cesarean section both elective and emergency case 3. spinal anesthesia is a choice of anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. inadequate spinal anesthesia then convert to general anesthesia 2. combine spinal-epidural anesthesia is choice of anesthesia 3. repeated spinal anesthesia due to inadequate spinal anesthesia in previous 4. body temperature more than 37.5 celcius degree 5. patient receive intravenous opioid or sedative drug with in 60 minutes after spinal anesthesia 6. missing data
