Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient with tracheostomy surgery at otolaryngology department; Sawanpracharak Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intellectual disabilities who are unable to take care of the tracheostomy tube by themselves and do not have relatives. 2. Patients who are unable to communicate with their doctors
