Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy children or children diagnosed with either cyanotic or acyanotic heart disease visiting as out-patient or in-patient setting at Ramathibodi hospital between January 2021 to December 2021

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants with contact isolation, hypoxemia from other causes such as respiratory, neurological, or hematological conditions, and other critical illness that might affect circulation.
