Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients older than or equal to 18 years old who had oral and intraoral trauma during general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral and intraoral trauma that was not related to a general anesthetic procedure, 2. Patients with oral and intraoral trauma that occurred prior to a surgery, 3.Patients who had been intubated prior to a general anesthetic procedure, 4. Patients with a history of difficult intubation, 5. Pregnant patients, 6. Patients with an awake tracheostomy, 7.Patients with incomplete hospital electronic medical records
