35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Type 2 DM patients have FBS > 150mg/dl or HbA1C > 7% 2.Functionally independent patient, Barthel index > 12 3.age 35-80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Functionally dependent patients 2.Neurologically conditions eg. pakinson disease, dementia, stroke, hemiplegia 3. Other immunocompromised host or use immunosuppresive drugs or steriod 4.cannot contact with telephone or line.
