Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over age 18 2. Patients who require an elective coronary arterial bypass grafting surgery and valvular surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of any kind of arrhythmias 2. Current use of medication for the purposes of cardiac rhythm management 3. Pacemaker implantation 4. Previous stroke 5. Previous CHF 6. Redo procedure 7. AKI on top any stage of CKD 8. CKD stage IV and V 9. Implantation of heart and circulatory assist system(s)
