Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years 2. Diagnosis of trigger finger with stage of stenosing tenosynovitis (SST) < 5 3. Consenting to participate in the research 4. Person who can read and write and can decide to consent for themselves

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of A1 pulley release in the same finger 2. History of steroid injection in the same finger < 6 months 3. flexion contracture 4. Trigger finger of thumb 5. Got the diagnosis of other musculoskeletal disease or neurological disease in the same side
