Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age equal or more than 60 years old 2. Diagnosed femoral neck fracture which treated with bipolar hemiarthroplasty 3. Have Cumulated Ambulation Score (CAS) = 6 score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Onset more than 1 week 2. Have a stiffness or contracture of back, hip, knee, and ankle joints 3. Multiple fractures 4. Known allergic to NSAIDs, local analgesia, morphine, or adrenaline 5. First allergic to NSAIDs, local analgesia, morphine, or adrenaline 6. Diagnosed delirium, dementia, or have Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA) < 25 scores 7. Diagnosed muscular weakness 8. Fracture due to infection
