Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Research participants Age between 18-29 years . Male 2. Participants are male. have a body mass index between 18.5-24.9 3. Participants must not have a history of resistance exercise in the past 6 months. 4. The research participants are ready to participate in the research voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Research participants Trained less than 80 percent. 2. Research participants Injured during training to the point that he was unable to train. 3. The research participant did not wish to continue the training.
