Interventions

Placebo is corn starch 500 mg/ capsule. Precipitants took 5 capsules/day (2 capsules 30 min before breakfast and 3 capsules 30 min before dinner) for 8 weeks (at week 8 to week 16 of the study periods

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Body mass index 20-24.9 kg/m2 2.Had stable health status by using fix dose of blood pressure medications or lipid- lowering medication without serious symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female went through menopause for less than 6 months. 2. Type 2 DM 3. Renal diseases 4. Hepatic diseases 5. Thyroid disorder 6. Cancer 7. Anemia 8. Pregnant women 9. Lactating women 10. Take any supplements in the pass 1 month 11. Injected vaccine in the pass 1 month 12. Infected with COVID 19 in the pass 1 month
