Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible criteria are patients who equal or more than 18 years old with phoned 1669 and ATLS team of Maharaj Chiangmai go to patient and take to Maharaj Chiangmai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete of important data, pregnant, denied patient
