Inclusion criteria: Patient present with Femoral shaft fracture in Nakornping hospital from 1st June 2020 to 30th May 2021

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication for nail 2. Open fracture 3. Bilateral femur fracture 4. Previous Implant 5. Open epiphysis
