Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postmenopausal women diagnosed with femoral neck fracture from low-energy trauma Femur Dorr A-type or B- type femur morphology No history of malignancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: femur Dorr C-type femur morphology history of previous surgery of the affected hip evidence of secondary osteoporosis inflammatory arthritis hepatic disease disorder of parathyroid function uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease history of malignancy previously used osteoporosis medications Paget's disease alcohol abuse psychiatric disorders neurological disorders other diseases affecting the evaluation of the protocol.
