Interventions

The experimental group watch 10 minutes of nature environments videos per day for 4 weeks.,The control group will receive one self-care advice each day for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Caregiver of patients diagnosed with dementia - Zarit Burden interview > 10 - Adults who are at least 18 years of age - Able to assess the internet and website for online survey - Able to use the LINE application - No hearing or visual impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosis of psychiatric disorders within 3 months - Start treatment or adjust psychiatric medications within 3 months - PHQ-9 > 19 or GAD-7 > 14
