Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: male neonates with perineal fistula
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with co-morbidities (major sacral, cardiac or genital malformations and /or a colostomy done). Lost to follow up before final outcome can be assessed. Withdrawal of consent at any stage .
