Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5-7 years old kindergarten children 2. Having at least one untreated cavitated active carious lesion without pulpal involvement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to silver 2. History of major systemic diseases
